The Temora Aviation Museum’s Easter Weekend 2018 Aircraft Showcase is a two day event scheduled for March 31st & April 1st 2018. The event will feature all serviceable aircraft from the Temora Aviation Museum’s collection, which includes the Supermarine Spitfires Mk VIII & Mk XVI, CA-13 Boomerang, Lockheed Hudson, Cessna 0-2A, Wirraway, Tiger Moth and Ryan STM S2. Unfortunately due to some runway maintenance which is currently taking place, the Gloster Meteor will not be displaying, but on a positive note, we will be fortunate enough to have the Catalina from HARS join us for a display. Other visiting aircraft include a P-40 Kittyhawk, 2 x Harvards and a CT-4.

At Temora you can get closer to the action as you witness a themed selection of Australia’s ex-military flying history come alive.

The two day Easter Weekend Aircraft Showcase promises to deliver a full day of entertainment for all generations, including:

• Flying displays demonstrating the aircraft’s capabilities
• Informative commentary and music
• Guided tour of static exhibitions
• Interviews with pilots and veterans
• Children’s activities and playground
• Engineering workshop tour
• Pilot meet and greet

Our Mess Hall serves freshly cooked food and a selection of cold refreshments. Barista coffee is also available and you are also welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy in our shaded seating or grassed areas.

This event is not the Warbirds Downunder Airshow which is a much larger event and is scheduled for 12 / 13 October 2018.
