Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled simulator start time, so that briefing can begin on time. Failure to arrive on time may see your session forfeited.
Option 1: Approximately 30 minutes which includes a short pre-flight briefing, a warbird simulator flight and a short debrief.
Option 2: Approximately 60 minutes which includes a short pre-flight briefing, a warbird simulator flight and a short debrief.
Minimum age for a facilitated flight is 10 years old.
Minimum age for a fully pilot controlled flight is 12 years old.
Maximum weight is 150kg.
Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

** Sessions can’t be split between people. I.e., a 30-minute session can only be utilised by one person in one aircraft, and a 60-minute session can only be utilised by one person and in one aircraft. If you wish to be in simulators at the same time as a friend, you will have to book the same session time in a different aircraft.
Accessible Option
Please note that a facilitated flight is suitable for anyone with functionality needs, who is unable to totally control the simulator by themselves, anyone who requires additional support, or anyone who is between 10 and 12 years of age.
The Temora Aviation Museum has the right to refuse entry.
All bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the pre-booked date, i.e., 24 hours prior to your simulator session, will not incur any charges.
All bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pre-booked date may incur a charge of 100% of the booking fee. If cancelled within 24 hours, a session can be re-booked at a later date and time but not refunded.
Only the pilots and the simulator instructor will be allowed in the Simulator room during flight. The only exceptions to this are a carer to a child under 16, or a carer to a pilot with accessibility needs.
As a condition of your booking and your agreement to use the Temora Aviation Museum Flight Simulator, you agree to release and indemnify Temora Aviation Museum and all of its employees, agents and contractors from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature which any of them may suffer, incur or become liable to as a result of your use of the Temora Aviation Museum Flight Simulator. You appreciate that the experience will have effects which vary with each individual. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are physically capable of using the simulator.
The Temora Aviation Museum Flight Simulators replicate the cockpit of an aircraft and require a degree of physical mobility for entering and exiting that may not be suitable for some people. Please check with us prior to your Simulator Experience if you have any concerns about any physical restrictions that may affect your experience.
If the Temora Aviation Museum Flight Simulator encounters technical problems which reduce the quality or duration of your Simulator Experience, you will receive appropriate compensation as agreed between us. This compensation may be a rescheduling of your booking, or a refund. All compensation will be in accordance with any applicable local law.
