VOLUNTEER GUIDED

The Temora Aviation Museum's volunteer guides are a dedicated and enthusiastic team who significantly enhance the visitor experience. Coming from various backgrounds, they are united by their love for aviation history and their commitment to preserving and sharing Australia's rich aviation heritage.

These volunteers lead engaging tours, offering in-depth information about each aircraft, its historical significance, and the technological advancements it showcases.

SELF-GUIDED AUDIO TOUR

The Self-Guided Audio Tour at the Temora Aviation Museum was made possible through the support of the NSW Government’s Regional Tourism Activation Fund grant program. This addition enhances the already fantastic and affordable experience for paying visitors by offering the Self-Guided Audio Tour at no extra cost.

Using either the supplied Opus device or your own smartphone, the Self-Guided Audio Tour allows visitors to immerse themselves in our rich history of ex-military aircraft through engaging multimedia technology. Volunteer Guided Tours are still available during your visit, along with numerous audio-visual and reading displays.

Combining the Volunteer Guided Tour and the Self-Guided Audio Tour ensures you have the most informative and enjoyable experience.

The Self-Guided Audio Tour is available in English, Chinese, German, Japanese, and a children’s version in English.
